Why are Virgin Media using Yodel

I ordered a new contract iPhone that was supposed to be delivered today 17th June ,  it never turned up, so now I will cancel the contract as it has only just started, within my rights to do so,  also I will need to cancel my hub 5 order, save me a bit of messing around when that supposed to get delivered on the 29th of this month. Virgin Media, stop useing Yodel, it is now going to cost you contracts, dont know if you wish to report the phone stolen or should I do it to the police, as I dont have it, I do have CCTV for the whole day downloaded.

I did phone Virgin mobile with intentions of cancelling,  but they seen the problem for them selves, a claim and investigation has been launched by Virgin Mobile,  not sure if I have to report it to the police.

Seen this scenario before. Unfortunately, you will now be left paying for a phone you have never received until the end of an investigation which could take some time if previous post are anything to go by.

I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more
