When you tell Virgin there lack of service is causing you stress

can’t believe I spoken to Virgin 12 times and messages a number of time on here and trying to use their mobile service.  When you tell Virgin this is causing undue-stress and you get this reply.  NOT FUNNY

I’m not sure what’s going on.  Every time on your mobile message system it asks if I want to hold for 45min.  I press 1 .....then it’s starts again from the beginning   This is the first time now   

how about someone calls me?
