Cancelled my current package and signed up under my partners name. Ultimate volt, brother signed up for the same deal, got his sim in 2/3 days. I set my delivery date for the 3rd as this is when my current line will be disconnected. Will I get it on the 20th? as this will be 2 weeks before the install date or should I phone O2 and ask? Haven't heard anything back after signing up to be honest. Just have the email from Virgin (still states VM sim and not O2)

It's great to hear that your partner had joined us. If you have ordered a Volt bundle which included an O2 SIM card then this would be dispatched directly by O2, and so it'd be best to contact them directly for further details on when to expect that this will arrive.
You can contact them by calling 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 handset).
