I am on holiday in Madeira from the UK and have so far been unable to access my voicemail as I  don't know if I have a pin or not. The information instructions make no sense, being impossible to follow. Can somebody contact me with a method that works please.

I'm so sorry to hear you're facing some issues accessing your voicemail whilst outside of the UK. What happens when you attempt to access it? Are you facing any issues with any other services, such as making/receiving calls or texts, or using mobile data?
