Voicemail pin while abroad

I am currently in Spain but uanable to access my voicemail.  I've used the default pin but it is not accepted so I need to get it reset.  Can you help please?

Hi LaMoletta,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had with access your voicemail. 

What we will need to do is reset your voicemail PIN for you. 

To this I will need to private message you and pass some data protection. 

I will do this now.
