Unable to register for a new mobile account

Hi Virgin Forum Team,

Sorry for the duplicate post as I posted originally in a [Solved] thread.

I just purchase a SIM from carphonewarehouse but did not have any chance to enter any security question/answer. Now I am stuck at registering for a new account with Virgin Media due to unable to provide a correct answer to a blank security question. I understand that the Forum Team have been helping with the same issue. Could you please help? I would need to port my number soon as the PAC is expiring soon.

Hi Chris,

After second thought, I tried with NONESET instead of NONSET and it works!

Thanks for giving me the hint.

BTW, I have noticed that this issue is brought up frequently on the forum, may be a FAQ for the topic can be set up, this will ease up the pressure of forum team.
