I have been unable to receive or send calls or text messages since Christmas Eve with a couple of exceptions.
I have done everything suggested, rebooting, removing sim and wiping, putting in flight mode for 30 seconds.
Sometimes i get a message saying not registered then that clears. The phone has done its updates. Im at my wits end as can't contact customer services

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues with the service. Can I ask if you are able to try the SIM in an alternative handset?
If the issue persists, we can look to order a replacement for you.

I have inserted a new sim but tgat isnt working either. It is almostc24 hours. I have someone coming tomorrow who will try their sim in my phone
