Unable to log into new credit agreement

Hello,

 

I have just ordered an upgrade and I have received the credit agreement email and my upgrade order but the link will not allow me to accept the new agreement as the log in page does not accept the credit agreement number. Can someone provide some assistance?

Hi there JJoms,

 

Sorry to hear you've been unable to accept the new credit agreement for an order. Can I ask when did you receive the email and when you tried to click on the link? It's because that link expires after 48 hrs for security. Did you manage to speak to an agent to get a new one arranged?
