Trying to return a mobile phone

Took out a mobile phone contract, cancelled it the next day and 12 days later still no return label email, I’ve phoned several times to be told it’s been posted and it’s been emailed still nothing, tried the text message service was told it had been sent and would take 24/48 hours to arrive still nothing 48hours later. Why can’t you just sent me the return label or envelope, been a virgin customer for a lot of years but after this I will be cancelled my contract for all other services once it’s done

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues returning the mobile phone. 

 

As we offer 3 different methods of returning the mobile phone, are you able to let me know the option you have chosen E.G just the label or the jiffy bag with the returns label?

Hi I’ve asked for Jiffy bag no luck and the email apparently it’s been sent to me several times and not received it
