Sony - Downloading Apps

Virgin sent me new phone 2 weeks ago Followed instructions on changing Sim from previous Virgin Sony phone Since then googleplay saying downloading constantly but transferred apps remain greyed out on ohone and Googleplay says failed Cannot speak to anyone on Virgin to help Any suggestions gratefully received!

HI Goodfellowfc, thanks for the message, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Google play.

 

Please follow the following steps:

 

1. Make sure your internet connection is good

2.Then to setting,apps,Google play services and then select clear data

3.Then proceed to do the same for play store

4.Then go to accounts and remove your Google account 

5.Click on playstore and then sign in
