Hi,
replacement SIM arrived but will not work. Called virgin and they have said it has been activated. Tried a sim from a friend (vodaphone) and that works.
please help me with this

Hi @Samylee thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.
I appreciate you've tried your friend's SIM in your phone, but are you able to please test your SIM in your friend's phone to see if it works or you're still having problems?

Hi,
SIM arrived today. It has been put into the phone and I am still getting the same message as the last sim of phone not allowed, it’s been put in the correct way and turned on and off.

Sorry to hear your new sim card has not worked Samylee,
We will need to investigate why this is not working on your handset yet other sim cards are. Can we ask if your handset has been unlocked to any network?

Hi, I have had a virgin sim in this phone for a long time, never any problems before. The phone is unlocked to any network.
