You’re not alone. I’ve been trying for a week to get in touch with virgin but no one seems to be working. I’m this modern technical age, phones are important and so these workers should be in the office/at home working so that we can too. Rant over.
I am sorry you feel this way our agents are working from the office and some from home. Have you and @P12owe followed @enlli advice? As this is a community, our forum members are here to help and advise as well.
