My ongoing sim swap saga - eight days to disconnection.
Tried ordering a new sim online giving my current address. Have received an email saying a sim is being sent to an address I left 15 years ago.
I have tried calling, emailing, leaving a post here but without any response.
The order reference is 100001151077765
Any chance of someone from VirginMedia please responding?
Please could you tell me the contact details that you used in order to request a replacement sim card ?
I went to https://www.virginmedia.com/help/replacementsim
But despite entering my current address, they have apparently sent it to somewhere I lived 14 years ago.
To add to the confusion, the virgin website won't recognise the email address they sent an email to.
