Is anyone else having issues with making calls from mobile or landlines in b34 area? My phone line is dead and my mobile can't ring or text anyone or use the Internet. Yet people can ring me. My TV and WiFi is working fine

On mobile, VM are a virtual operator who piggyback on VF or EE's network (you will be on one or the other, and others know how to check) - you can check their issues in your area at https://www.vodafone.co.uk/network/status-checker or https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee -
Your fixed line, TV & broadband services can be checked using Virgin's automated local status line - 0800 5610061. There is a status website at https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status too.

I am really sorry to hear that you have had some issues with both your mobile and your landline.
Have you managed to follow the instructions japitts has advised? Has there been any improvements since your post?
