Phone deactivated as new sim not installed.

phone and sim are in different countries.

Customer service refuse to help. They repeatedly hang up.

very poor service. 
Can anyone at Virgin help out?

Virgin will have to send a replacement SIM to a UK address and it will need activation in the UK before posting on.

The old SIM would need to be changed as EE no longer supply Virgin signal.

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the mobile.

 

If we have sent a new SIM we're unable to re-activate an old one.

 

We're also only able to post a SIM to a UK address as Enlli has advised.

 

If we've sent out an activated SIM you can then post this on to an overseas address.
