Thanks for the update on Sunday, however now almost two weeks without a phone.and over a week since this issue was raised to your IT Dept. If this is not fixed in the next 2-3 days then I will have to cancel my contract .
No feedback, no comments, glad I didn't expect good customer service!! The issue has been with the IT people for almost two weeks, this is bizarre!!
