Roaming not working in EU

I've travelled to Prague for the first time since being a virgin mobile customer. Roaming isn't working. I checked before leaving the UK that roaming was on (it already was) and that international calling was not barred. Trying to select a network manually doesn't work as they are all forbidden. Please help!

Great stuff, that's worked a treat.

I confess I did also put a call in to Virgin (over WiFi calling) and they told me how to find the tool kit, as somehow I couldn't see it before.

Solved, thanks again!
