Requested pac how do I cancel?

Hi, I recently moved to a new provider, I was provided my pac number to switch which is complete however it looks like my service with Virgin is still on going. I was told by requesting a pac this is enough for Virgin to cancel the service automatically but it’s been about 4 days and I still haven’t had my final bill. Also when I try and call to check it redirects me to a web support page and I can’t seem to get through to anyone.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

If you've given your new provider your PAC code and it's gone through and your number is live on their network, the account will be disconnected on our side.

 

Have you been able to log in to your mobile account to view the final bill? You can do so here
