I have a pay monthly SIM only deal with Virgin. My Honor View 10 handset is in for repair and I've reverted to my old Samsung Galaxy 5. I've used a SIM adapter for the nano SIM, but noticed the S5 has been tellking me in the last few days to insert the SIM and restart. Now the SIM is not working at all. As all stores are closed and there are no call centres currently operating, can soimeone please urgently tell me how to fix the problem or arrange for a replacement SIM asap as I'm now out of contact. A warm welcome to our Commmunity Forum madaspants and sorry to hear about your SIM not working in your old phone. Can I ask whether the S5 is locked to a particular network or have you been able to use it in the past with our Virgin Mobile SIMS?
Are you able to try a different phone to see if the SIM works? Please give us more information so we can help.
