Registration issue for Mobile Account

I have a new Virgin mobile number and I can't register it and I can't get the phone to link with my virgin e mail account.  I can send test messages but not receive anything or look at it.  My old mobile number a  non virgin number is still in the system as my contact number.  As I was stymied I raised a complaint but I think they are probably trying to contact the old number which is no longer operable.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry you're having some issues with the online account as well as the services, this isn't good. 

Did you bring your number over to us from a previous provider at all? 

How long have you not been able to receive text messages? 

How're calls incoming and out going working? 

I can have a closer look and help get this sorted but I'll need to pop you a message.
