Having the exact same issue now. Tried everything mentioned. 

I was able to make a call at about 6pm last night but hasn't worked since. 


I'm having the same problems since this morning but I I'm able to make calls to only the people that have the virgin mobile network any other network it beeps and comes up with invalid number

Hi everyone, 

Just an update from me. So I was unable to make calls from early this morning, it would just make the three beep soundsand then hang up. But I can now confirm it's working and I am successfully able to make calls. 

Has anyone else's situation changed?

Hi all,

We're incredibly sorry for the disruption caused by this. The issue has since been investigated and resolved.

If the issue persists for you, please perform a soft reboot of your handset first by turning it off and leaving it off for at least 30 seconds before powering it back up.

If after this your issues remain, please let us know.

As per my colleague Zach's post, are you able to confirm whether or not you're now able to make outbound calls via our network?  If you're not we would love to have a look on your behalf.
