I also have same issue. Been trying to resolve via contact centre for 2 months. I want to know my balance and clear my handset finance. Pleeeeeeaaaaaaasssseeeeeee.........

yes I have tried to follow guidance but I don't have the codes or original contract available. Virgin Mobile website direct obviously no use either as I no longer have an account.
