The first replacement ("purple") SIM Virgin sent me wouldn't work with iMessages. The replacement replacement sent more than 2 weeks has no service whatsoever. Sent private message to you in this Forum 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing substantive, though got two welcome messages telling me how useful it would be. Has now been over a month of not getting the service I've paid for.
It's clear from all the posts on this Forum that there's a widespread problem with the swapover. Is Virgin doing anything to sort this out, or is our only option to go elsewhere?
