Porting to Virgin

After the nightmare of trying to change my broadband to the Oomph package (4+ hours on the phone before it was finally sorted), I'm now trying to port an exisiting phone number to my shiny new Virgin SIM - but as 789 are 'a little busy' (ha!!!) and I can't register online as the system thinks that my mother's maiden name must be between 6 and 20 characters (it's 5 characters) so tells me to ring 789, I'm not sure where to go next - can anyone of the forum folk help? as I think I'm losing the will to live....

Re: Porting to Virgin

With oomph packages it is better to ring 150 from your Virgin landline. 789 know little about them it seems.

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.
