Please need help with payment

Hi, I haven’t used virgin for a few years and I checked my credit score report and apparently i have a £7 missed payment for some reason. I dont even want to know the reason anymorr, i just want to pay to stop affecting my credit score. How can i pay for it? I dont even have that mobile number anymore

Thats not helpful because i dont know half of the information that it asks! I only know email address and account number. It’s been 5 years since

Hi Damspt,

Do you know if the outstanding amount has been sent to a debt collection agency, due to the amount of time that's passed? If so, you would need to speak with them in order to clear the balance.

If not, you can speak with our Mobile Team over the phone on 0345 600 0789 and they can find your account through other details.
