Hello Community ,

I purchased a Pixel-6 and a Virgin mobile customer.

Seems the pixel-6 is not compatible with the Virgin Network.Finding hard time to get the network when I am putting the Virgin SIM in my new mobile.

Not sure if any one facing this issue? I contacted Google Support they replied that Virgin guys have to upgrade there network , I am aware that Virgin uses 3 network. Not sure what is happening ?

Is nay one facing issue and  have any resolution for this ?

Regards

Sidd

Virgin Mobile don't use the 3 network. Depending on your account you may connect to the EE radio network or the Vodafone radio network.

However whichever radio network you connect to the SIM is controlled directly by Virgin Mobile and should work in any unlocked phone designed to work in the UK.

Hi Sidd

I am a virgin Media Ireland customer and have just purchased a pixel 6 and I can't connect either.

Did you solve the problem?

HI Badscooter

Sadly we are only able to deal with Northern Ireland customers on here
