Phone repair Pack

Hi

Virgin were very helpful last week regarding my faulty phone and sent out a repair pack.  Sadly I still haven't received this.  Not sure if it has got lost or delayed because of Covid but was advised it would take 2 working days?  How much longer should I wait?
