Hi, My Daughter lost her I-phone before Christmas, Virgin blocked the SiM straightaway and sent a replacement,
She was given a secondhand I-phone but it is locked to another network and they say it cannot be unlocked.
Is there any way around this or can the current Virgin contract be temporarily suspended until we sort it out ?

Unfortunately the other provider has refused to unlock.
" It is not their policy"
Appears we stuck with either paying two providers or buy new 'phone. Unfortunately it was not insured.
