Paying for SIM Never received

My question is how do I get customer services to simply just send out a SIM I've been paying for 2 months and never received? I've been in contact dozens of times on the message service with people who say they can't even find my account even though I've been a customer for 16 years?? and then pretend to action the request to the Mobile team which never happens. If you can answer this I'm impressed as I'm at a total loss now.

I'm still waiting to have the correct size sim sent to Me..in the meantime I'm being sent text messages from 

virgin media telling Me to insert sim They sent...is nobody listening?...on the verge of cancelling My whole package.
