Each and every time I try to log in with my email address and password, I get a message that the password is not correct. So every time I have to log in, even if it is 5 minutes after I last logged out, my password is rejected and I have to reset it. Can you sort this out please once and for all?
It is the Virgin Mobile account. I was able to log in this time with my password - the first time! Otherwise, each time I have had to click the Forgotten Password link, enter a new password and log in through the password reset link emailed to me.
