My wife's Virgin phone has locked her out and will not accept her PIN. It seems that we will need a personal unlocking key (PUK) to regain access. I know how to find the PUK in the online account details but the problem is that despite having had a Virgin Mobile phone for many years, my wife has never set up an online account of her own. Neither do we still have the packaging her SIM came in. She can't go in now and create an online account to access the details as it requires access to her phone which of course she doesn’t currently have.
Is there any other way we can obtain the PUK please?
