My phone was blocked as phone was missing. I used FIND MY MOBILE and visited a house, got my phone back.
I ordered a new SIM, 5 days later still not here.
All advice is to "just call" "just text" - Virgin Chat is error 404 page.
at my wits end to resolve and no phone. Can't do my job, losing money.
I need my existing Sim reactivated.
The website is purposely a maze of time - and no help.

1. Phone missing.
2. chased phone, called phone, left message on phone.
3. cancelled sim, expecting quickly.
4. Managed to get phone back by visiting location.
5. no phone as sim replaced.
6. phone back - sim not working.
7. no way of contacting Virgin as website is apalling.
8. stuck. losing money as no phone.
