So I’m in Canada, been left a voicemail by Canada Public Health about random Covid testing and can’t access the message because I need to put a PIN in to access them. Never used a PIN and it’s cost me £10 for my account to be frozen… this is ridiculous! How do I urgently reset the PIN, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues you accessing your voicemail.
Did you set up a voicemail pin before going abroad?
If so you can see how to change or reset it here.

No I didn’t set up a PIN before I left because I didn’t realise you had to have a PIN for voicemail. I’ve never had to use a PIN in the U.K. and never been told I’d have to set one up if wanting to access messages when abroad. Very frustrating:
