PAC not working

hello!

I'm having issues with my PAC code that I have received from you, I am switching to iD mobile, I received the new sim today and tried to use the PAC code but it came up as invalid, i requested a second PAC code and it was also invalid and wouldn't work, is there any way to fix this issue? I'd like to keep my number to save having to change my details everywhere
