Hello, I placed an order and its listed as 'parked' ... no idea why? I have broadband and TV with Virgin ... tried to call the number listed but that seems to be for existing customers? I would like to know either way whether I have been accepted or not?
Hi suzanne-1981, thanks for the message and we are sorry to hear that the order has become parked. This usually happens when further checks are needed or something has been inputted incorrectly. Have you since managed to get this resolved or do you still require this to be looked at? - Chris
