Sorry to be a pest again, i seem to be having the same issue but see when you put it through your dad existing account was it a lot easier and quicker as he is already an existing customer

Hi there mate, im having the same issue with my mum's account, order is parked for 48 hours now.
Phoned the number you listed but says call centre is closed due to cornavirus??

On the livechat section, been waiting 20 minutes now.

Hi,

I’m having the same issue. Ordered Sunday and my order is parked. Received no correspondence from virgin about my order since. I’m replacing an old handset, have tried the text service ect and have been waiting ages for someone to get back to me.

Are you a new or existing customer? With a parked order it could be a number of things why the order had not gone through, I will pop you over a private message to look in to this further for you.
