Re: Old SIM deactivated before new SIM arrived

Would say it's standard practice for a reported lost sim to be deactivated asap?.

Re: Old SIM deactivated before new SIM arrived

I reported it Sunday morning at 10am and it's taken them over 24 hours to block SIM that's long time anyone could have run up a big bill for me

Re: Old SIM deactivated before new SIM arrived

As far as I know it should have been made clear that if you get a new SIM sent out after a report of a lost or stolen SIM / handset, the old SIM is cancelled.

When and how that happens currently depends a bit of whether you've had new SIM since December 2017 or not, but the overall effect should be the same.
