I have an old sim that’s clearly still active as I’m being charged for it on my statements but I not longer have access to the number to cancel it, But I can’t find the number when I sign into my mobile account?

Do you have a current mobile SIM with us? Are you aware if this may be set up under another account? Was this SIM connected to a media account?
