Number ported - can't receive incoming calls

Sorry to hear of the incoming call issues you've been experiencing since transferring your number over to us, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

From looking at the account I can see you have spoken to the team since posting your query, were they able to resolve the issue for you?

If you still need assistance with this can you confirm if this is an issue with specific numbers or all? Is it in one location or everywhere you have tried? It sound cliché, but have you rebooted the handset since the transfer took place?

Hi, I get no incoming calls from any number, I have reboot and tried sim in another phone no joy.

Thanks for letting us know.

Can I just check if you are using an Apple handset? If so, please ensure that your new number is updated in your phone settings, this will ensure that you can receive calls and iMessages.

Just head to your settings > Phone, then enter your new number. Can you please give that a go if you haven't already and let us know if that does the trick?
