No but I'm having same problem.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the mobile services.
Can you please advise me if this is happening in all locations or just whilst you're at home?
Do you know roughly how long you've had the SIM cards you're using?
It doesn't work in any location.
I had this a sim with no phone originally. Then I bought a phone only not new sim.
When I made that order even before the new phone came I couldn't use my sim card. It was saying not registered on network. So I received my phone 7/8/2021.
And the sim card still did not work when I put it in the new phone.
Then I ordered a new sim I believe the next day.
That didn't work. So I messaged on this forum and was PMed by Beth.
She said they would update setting the sim card. That didn't work.
Then she said she had sent it to technical team. She said my sim card had be refreshed and to restart phone. Still after restarting several times over last few weeks still not working.
So she messaged and said that's strange we will look into it.
1 week ago sent a text saying we are still looking into it.
I had perfect signal here before I ordered phone. I had no issues.
Please can you look into this as it's been 3 weeks now.
Sorry just realised that message wasn't for me my bad.
Both phones working again and still not sure what happened.Both sims had been working fine for a least a year before this happened. Unable to use phones for calls for at least 5 hours then suddenly both working fine and no problems since.
