Not received unlock code

Hello

I have received one of the dreaded new sims, which does not work in my phone because it its locked to old virgin. On Sunday  I requested an unlock code through the website, which said I would get within 72 hours, it is now almost 90 hours later with no unlock code received.  Please can somebody from virgin send me this code so I can use my phone?

For anybody reading, Gareth was able to get me an unlock code for my 15 year old motorola v220, even though the virgin website did not recognise the IMEI.  My advice for anyone with an old phone and needing a subsidy code is post a thread and be patient.
