No service

I changed my SIM card as per instructions received in a letter from Virgin on 31st July and received a text confirmation that the swap was successful. I was able to make and receive calls for a couple of days. The phone then showed a ‘no SIM card message’. I have had no service since and have been unable to contact Virgin via phone or online chat. In desperation I sent a complaint to Virgin via the online complaint service on 10th September. I have had no reply 5 days later. 
I need a reliable service, any suggestions please.

Sorry to hear that the Sim replacement hasn't gone smoothly as we'd like 😞 

 

Using the information we have on here I've found your details and can confirm that it's activated. I know it sounds a bit basic but have you tried removing the SIM card from your phone and giving it a good wipe to make sure there's no dust on it and try again? What happens?
