No security question registered

I need to log into my account to transfer my number. I am being asked for the answer to a security question which I have not set up. I have my PAC code can you either transfer my number or give me the security question. I bought a SIM only package through mobiles.co.uk

I would remove the PAC from this post immediately. It could open you up to someone else taking your number.

I have the exact same issue. You didn't get sent a SIM with your Virgin Mobile bundle by any chance did you? I suspect that's what's happened to me. I'm going round in circles trying to log onto my account

Yes, I did. I eventually managed to get hold of someone via an online chat and they set up the security question for me which enabled me to then register my account. This forum is full of posts regarding this problem so it is obviously widespread. Good luck on getting it sorted.
