No incoming calls

I am not receiving incoming calls. When people are trying to call they have a message saying network restricted. Please help

Are all the numbers unable to call you, or only certain ones?

Can you please confirm exactly what error message you hear, if you can.

it says ‘unable to connect call. This maybe because it’s disconnect. Or out of service’

Yes I am in the uk. As far as I know it’s all incoming calls

I am in the UK  I have been without incoming calls for over two weeks now a I tried ring the number and it keeps saying the number is not recognise

We are very sorry to hear you are not receiving incoming calls on your landline. 

Can you please confirm if your landline is connected to the Hub or the main socket?
