My new sim went live today with my old number being bought over from my old provider. THe text and phoning are working fine but I have no dataconnection. I cant access the internet or any data services.

I'm also sorry to hear you've had a problem with data on your new SIM. It's odd that a replacement SIM would cause that to happen - if this is still a problem for you now, have you been able to check that the settings on the handset are correct for data to work?
On most handsets you can refresh the network via the Settings menu, please give that a try if you haven't already and keep us posted with how you get on.
Well I couldn't wait for your reply. I can't believe it took 2 weeks to get a reply so not happy at all with the service so far from Virgin. I sorted it myself by manually putting the data connections in. I shouldn't have to do this. Not happy.
