New sim - no mobile data

Since fitting the SIM card sent out I have had no access to either 3G or 4G and very limited access to any sort of mobile data. I have text twice the word ALL as stated and not had anything back. Please can somebody advise as to how this can be fixed.

You most likely will have to manually enter the APN Settings. The combined ones usually are sufficient
