The 4G network in my area has been non existent since Thursday 2nd Feb in the afternoon. There doesn’t seem to be any way of reporting this. When I try to go to network problem detector, my postcode isn’t recognised. We have no landline so no other way of communicating/connecting to the internet when we are home.
Please could somebody look into this and get an engineer on the case? Also is there compensation for not being able to access the network for nearly 48 hours?
postcode is DT6 6RW
Thank you

Hi @Helsh,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your mobile service recently. I've just checked the post code you've provided using the Service Status checker, and it states that there's a known issue with a mast in that area that's being worked on.
I do apologise for the inconvenience that this causes for you, but I assure you that we're doing all that we can to get this sorted out ASAP. Keep us posted.
Thanks,
