I ordered my broadband on the 3rd April and which should've come with a 5GB Virgin Mobile 4G SIM. In my order email, it said, "we’ll be sending your shiny new SIM along, by post. It’s small enough to pop in the letterbox, so no one will need to be in to sign for it."
It's been nearly 3 months and I still haven't received my SIM card in the post. I haven't even received a mobile number / reference number or anything for my SIM card. I can't create an online account or anything because I haven't received my new mobile number.
What am I supposed to do? Will I be reimbursed for the 3 months I've already missed out on?
I'm sorry to hear that this is the case, I take it this was apart of the Oomph package? There is no where that i could point you to in which would get you an answer there and then.
