why do you keep taking money when I was put on O2

Are you able to clarify where are you seeing the money being taken from? Typically, with Volt deals, you will have 2 bills each month; One for VM service and one for O2  services https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-o2

its my old direct debit but think its been taken 3 times since going on O2

but I do'nt pay both surely not at O2 prices
