Mobile signal

I have been a virgin mobile user for years, this year I have included my mobile with broadband deal, (oomph) previously my signal was always 4 bars but since March 8th ( start of my new package) I only have 1 bar and the signal keeps dropping out and my calls disconnect ... any help would be appreciated

This is because Virgin Mobile has switched from using EE for coverage to Vodafone, this would of switched over with your new deal 😞

10 year's managing 9 Virgin Media accounts, and things never got any better, closed last 4 accounts since January 2021 :L

I am sorry to hear you're having issues with your mobile signal.  Have you tried doing a manual network search?  Are you having the issues in specific locations only?
